- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is a joke. I called three different times to schedule a perc test which I needed before I could pull a building permit to have my house started...no-one called me back. Fourth time calling I actually got someone to answer the phone but was put on hold for 10 minutes to then be told that I had to fill out an application for a site evaluation before I could have the perc test done. Total waste of two weeks of my time! Would give NO stars if I was able to.By Katie Holmes- Terry, July 05, 2017
